Location: the hotel was really close to the railway stations and the bus stations and town centre. The employees were very helpful and offered very good services. The double room I was given was complete with chairs included, comfy furnitures plus a good bathroom...

The breakfast here is really good with lots of tasty options to choose from. the place is nice and quite clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. the room is lovely with a comfy bed, making it a cozy spot to relax 😊.

The location is marvellous and right next to a bus station. There's cool Borje Olssons Konditori a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, make desserts etc.

Convenient parking available and the breakfast offered here uses high-quality ingredients.

It was friendly and clean - perhaps not the most glamorous of hotels but good value for money. I liked that there were magazines to borrow. The breakfast was very nice and plenty of it. The hotel was quiet and well situated for the town and the stations.

We stayed at the Amber Hotell for two nights. For the price the room was excellent value. Nothing fancy, but more than adequate. We were quite satisfied and would stay there again. Recommended for budget travelers.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and the beds extremely comfortable. It was also very warm, which you need when it's -25 outside. The hotel is typically Swedish and we enjoyed the breakfast. This isn't a luxury hotel but it's an excellent place to stay if you want something typically Swedish in the centre of town.

I was concerned to read on the flight over that the hotel reception wasn't open on the afternoon on Saturday, there wasn't a problem though as they were expecting us. If I'd read the details more thoroughly I would have dropped an email to the hotel advising them of our time of arrival.
